Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped the same or next business day. We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Transit time is typically just 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address information.
INVENTORY:
We strive to have posted items in stock. In the event an item is oversold, we will work with you to find an alternative, or you may simply cancel the order.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
A Return Authorization Number (RA) is required for all returns. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization. Please note that any unauthorized returns or packages returned as refused/undelivered are subject to all shipping and handling costs and a minimum 20% restocking fee or a refusal of the return.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Please check merchandise upon receiving it to be sure it is in proper working order. Inspect your package for signs of shipping damage. If a package arrived damaged or tampered with, the carrier must be notified immediately. Keep all packaging and merchandise the way you received them. If you received a defective product, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item for you. Please contact us right away – claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) days of delivery.
Depending on the claim, we may request photos of the damaged or defective product, including the box. A Return Authorization Number (RA) or a Return Service Label (RS) will be issued, if needed, or a request for a damage claim pickup will be made. If it is determined that the product qualifies as damaged or defective, a replacement will be shipped at no charge after the original item has been returned. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the product, including shipping cost. For products returned on a RS Label which are found not to be defective, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.
REFUNDS:
Order refunds are made for product value only and exclude all shipping and handling costs. Items that included "free shipping" will have actual outbound shipping and handling costs deducted from the refund. Unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item, the Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS:
String instruments priced at $1000 and over must be returned within ten (10) days of delivery. Products from the following categories may only be returned if the package is unopened (in its original factory sealed package), or the item arrives damaged in transit:
• Instrument Accessories (Capos, Tuners, Tuning Keys, Reeds, Picks, etc.).
• Instrument Components (Electronic Parts, Fuses, etc.).
• Cymbals, Drumheads, and Drumsticks
• Care/Cleaning Products, Bow Rosin, etc.
The following items and services are non-refundable:
• Instrument Strings and String Sets.
• DVDs, CDs, Books, Software or bundled software items.
• Instrument Setups (whether included in the instrument price or ordered separately). We charge a minimum of $25 for setups. If you do not want an included setup, please contact us before ordering. Any returned instruments with setups included in the price will have a minimum of $25 deducted from the refund or credit.
