Crestwood Music Shop is a locally owned music shop serving Oldham County, Kentucky. We’re passionate about helping you make music without the hassle of fighting your instruments.
We offer a wide selection of instruments for sale and rent. All of our instruments are set up by hand to perform at their peak. Additional services include music rentals, music lessons, instrument repair services, custom build and modification services and school band music programs. We also provide complete musical instrument repair services from string changes to luthier work and electronics repair, all guaranteed with one-week turn around. Music instructors provide lessons in guitar, violin, piano, mandolin, ukulele, bass guitar and banjo.

Shipping Policy
Crestwood Music Shop is transitioning to UPS as our preferred shipper. We will work with you to communicate shipping options and real quotes for large items. Most of our smaller items will be shipped free of charge!
For guitar purchases, CMS offers setups and restrings to your specifications prior to shipment. This means your guitar will be ready to play, and play well, right out of the box! This also means there is usually a 24-48 hour period of time between your purchase, and our shipment of your new guitar. If you wish to skip this step and have your guitar shipped as-is, we will be happy to do that but ask that you provide that request via email to [email protected].
Due to temperature, altitude and humidity fluctuations, guitars shipped may arrive in a different setup condition than they ship in. If this occurs, please reach out to us via email to [email protected] and we’ll help you troubleshoot and make small adjustments as necessary.
