New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New instrument returns must first be authorized by CornerStone Music.
Instruments returned within the 48 hour authorized return window are refunded in full merchandise credit, less actual shipping charges.
There are no refunds on pre-owned items.
Returned items must be complete in original condition and packaging with all accessories and documentation including but not limited to: Warranty Card, Owner's Manual, Build Sheet, Stickers, etc.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Buyer pays prompt return shipping using a service similar to how it was shipped.
All sales on used merchandise are final.
In rare instances with special circumstances, we may offer a refund vs. merchandise credit. In those situations, we will withhold a 5% re-stock fee and all incurred shipping expenses. Buyer must pay prompt return shipping in a manner similar to which it was shipped with. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to return the item. No returns on pre-owned gear and on international sales unless agreed to before the transaction.
