The Conetone Reso-Volt was developed with the intention of providing guitar players a way to capture the sound of classic resonator guitars for amplified performance, without the inherent feedback problems associated with other designs. By enclosing the cone inside the body, reflective feedback is kept to a minimum. The Conetone Electric Biscuit pickup faithfully reproduces the sound of vintage biscuit/cone resonator guitars. By selecting or combining the Electric Biscuit with a Mud Slider magnetic pickup by Stretchwinder pickups, a broad range of sounds are produced, from a Delta whine, to an searing electric scream. All of this in a guitar that looks, and plays like a solid body electric, but with it's own lively acoustic sound. Truly the best of both worlds.
