New Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I don't have access to cheap shipping, so returns will be for the cost of the item minus my shipping costs. If the listing had shipping as separate, then this is straightforward. If I list an item as "Free Shipping," I will withhold my shipping costs from the refunded amount. I'll be honest about this and won't use it to withhold extra funds. It's just that shipping is expensive, especially when you account for my having to buy a large box and packing material for things like banjos. I don't have those lying around! Shipping for a gourd banjo is usually around $75 or $80, but an open back might be a touch more since they are heavier. Let me know if you have any questions.
