Chop Shop Guitars, based in Dallas, Texas, was born from a father and son’s shared passion—for music, for craftsmanship, and for the stories guitars can tell. With Bill’s background in art and engineering and Oliver’s instinctive skill as a guitarist, we create custom, themed instruments that look as good as they play. Built with care from thoughtfully sourced new and up-cycled components, our guitars are made to spark conversation and play all night. And because we believe artistry shouldn’t be out of reach, we offer custom builds at an attainable price point.
