Shipping Policy
We typically ship all items that are paid in full on the same day, unless that day falls on the weekend. We ship UPS or USPS on Monday through Friday, from 9am EST up until 4pm EST. All rates based on current UPS or USPS rates for Ground. Rates may vary.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We check all of our instruments for proper function and playability before shipping. However, we realize things happen. If your item arrives and it is defective or does not function according to description, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. Return the item within 7days of receiving it in the same condition it was received for a refund. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in modified or condition that differs from it's original sale condition will not be eligible for refund.
