Capo's Music Store was founded in 2009 by Amy Ball Braswell and Gill Braswell. In developing the vision for the store, Gill and Amy meshed together their interests and passions to create a shopping experience unlike any other in the region. With a store focusing only on acoustic instruments and employing a small staff of experienced players that not only know the product but are part of the local music scene and music business. When you walk through the door you will know you are in a special place. We strive to make every customer feel like they're at home. So come on in and pick a little and enjoy your time at Capo's.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. However, if you are outside of the United States, we still welcome your business. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations because of customs regulations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that we will only ship “Signature Required” with customer’s request

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Online sales or phone orders: Instruments are eligible for a 48 hour apporval period for all online or phone orders unless noted at time of purchase. The 48 hours begins upon reciept of the instrument. If you wish to return the item, please contact the store within 48 hours for return verification. Item must be shipped back the same way it was shipped to the customer (FedEx, UPS, USPS, and same method i.e. ground, 2 day, etc.) Please pack carefully. All items must be returned in factory original condition including instructions, warranties and tags. Items will be inspected upon return. A 3% restocking fee will be applied and shipping will be deducted from return. Please allow 2 business days for processing return payment.
