Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, and Saturday 10am - 4pm.

Besondere Bedingungen
If refunds are requested once item has been packaged for shipment but prior to shipping, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If shipping the label has already been purchased, the shipping charge as well as the restocking fee will be deducted.
If the item incurs damage during shipping, documentation must be provided immediately and a claim will be initiated by the seller. Once funds have been returned to the seller, only then will the buyer be reimbursed.
Unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase, items will be shipped “signature required”. In the event that the item is attempted to be delivered and no one is available to sign, and this is attempted three times with no communication between the buyer and the shipping company, it will be returned to the seller. If this happens, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item as well as a $25 handling fee to reprint label and ship. Please note that shipping costs to resend may vary as rates are discounted on initial orders through reverb. To prevent this from happening, a simple phone call to the shipping company will allow for them to hold the item at their location until a convenient time to pick up the item.
