General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
It is important that you photograph the boxes PRIOR to opening and hold onto all packaging until you can fully test everything out. This is necessary due to shipping companies changing their insurance claim rules. If you have found there to be an issue from damage that happened during shipping and the carrier does not honor the insurance claim because the packaging is not available for them to inspect, you will NOT receive a refund.Â
