Bounty Music is located on the Island of Maui in Hawaii. We specialize in ukuleles and have been selling musical instruments since 1979. Bounty Music and ukes.com always have over 300 different models of ukuleles in-stock. We feature Hawaiian-made ukes from Kamaka, Kanile'a, KoAloha, and more. Bounty Music normally ships the day the purchase is made or the next business day. We are very experienced with how a ukuleles should look and play. We carefully inspect every instrument before shipping. All top quality ukuleles are set up by the manufacturer to their specifications. This is usually the best way to purchase an instrument. If there is a need to adjust an ukulele to a player's personal taste, it is best to do so after the instrument adjusts for at least a couple of weeks to the climate where it is going to be played, and then set up to their specifications. If an instrument does not meet our standards in playability, then we will either work with the manufacturer to replace it, or have our expert luthier do a set up with the manufacturer's approval so as not to void the warranty.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Bounty Music accepts returns within three days of receipt by the customer. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of use and shipped with insurance. In the event you decide to return an order for any reason besides the item(s) being not as described you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us, and the cost of the initial freight and processing fees will be subtracted from your refund even if you received free freight on that order or paid for expedited shipping. Contact us within three days at [email protected] for return authorization.
If it seems that your product was damaged while being shipped to you, please contact us immediately.
If your product is defective and didn’t sustain damage during the shipping process, please contact us within the 3-day return period. If contacted within 3 days, we will send you a return label. If the product is defective, we will replace the product at no charge to you.
If you experience any issues after our 3-day return period, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly.
This return policy only applies to online sales. Our in-store return policy is different and cannot be applied online, nor can our online return policy be applied in-store.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to health concerns and other factors, these items are exempt from our return policy.
All Sales are final on the following merchandise: microphones, headphones, earbuds, mouthpieces, ligatures, reeds, orally-operated equipment and instruments, books, DVDs, software, items containing software or software licensing, gift cards, and special-order, used, clearance items, and modified instruments.
Any modifications made to instruments that include but are not limited to pick-up installations, lowering action below factory specifications, and converting right-handed instruments to left-handed, are ALL SALES FINAL.
Factory-sealed merchandise cannot be returned once the seal is opened/broken.
