General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We do not refund the outbound shipping price (this includes actual shipping costs on items marked as *free shipping*) If your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promotion, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit. New items returned without all packing materials and included inserts will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
