Shipping Policy
We use USPS Priority Mail for expedited shipping. If you purchased an item with 2-Day Shipping we will do our best to get your package to you in two business days, but please be aware of the USPS delays in some areas.
Standard Shipping is FREE within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS), to the following locations:
- All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- US possessions, including American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO (military) addresses, including AA, AE and AP
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 12:00 PM Pacific time (GMT-0800). For fastest service, please include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order. We can ship to a PO box or any valid street address. We do not provide walk-in service, but local shipments to the Southern Oregon area will normally arrive very quickly.
2-DAY SHIPPING - If available, 2-Day shipping will normally arrive in two business days (Monday thru Friday) to most areas after shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery to some areas depending on USPS availability and shipping restrictions in that area.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING - We do not have the ability to handle next day shipments at this time.
NOTE: We reserve the right to add Signature Confirmation to any order at our discretion, usually due to insurance requirements. If signing for a package is a problem for you, please notify us before you place your order.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
RETURNS - Returns are accepted within 14 days for brand new, unopened items with all of the parts and packaging in brand new, original condition. We do not accept returns once a product has been used or installed or is no longer factory-sealed. Shipping costs are not refundable -- if you received a free shipping option, our original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns that are not due to our error. Additional fees may be charged if the return is in less than original condition. This includes open or damaged product packaging, broken seals, missing instructions or warranty cards, marking on or applying labels to the original product package or contents, damage in transit due to improper return packaging, etc. Unopened packages returned undeliverable, unclaimed or refused will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If an item is returned more than 14 days after a return request is authorized, the package will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
WARRANTY - The products we sell are brand new in the box and covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified in the auction listing. We do not perform warranty repairs -- all warranty service and replacement is performed by the manufacturer. Buyer should contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty service during the warranty period.
