Black Widow Audio Designs is a manufacturer of innovative audio equipment for guitarists and bassists. We began as a simple idea: “What if you could take a digital modeler and recreate it with only vacuum tube based analog circuitry?” If it could be done, we felt it would surely be the most realistic amp modeling possible. Our debut product, the MGP-1A Modeling Guitar Preamplifier, makes this idea a reality.
Here at Black Widow Audio Designs, our philosophy is simple: we make products that we want to play ourselves. When this is your guiding principle, you naturally focus on innovation, reliability and quality. You design for the sake of the product. And you get inspired doing it.

Shipping Policy
We ship most orders placed before 3pm CST Monday through Friday the same day payment has been approved. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All packages are shipped fully insured at no additional charge. We use UPS to ship to the US and Canada, and USPS to ship everywhere else. USPS international rates are far lower, but their tracking system is not always accurate.
All shipping rates do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will only ship to confirmed addresses on your PayPal or Credit Card accounts.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Black Widow Audio Designs reserves the right to refuse any return if the item has been damaged, is not returned in new, untouched conditions or is missing original packaging materials, included cords and cables, tubes, etc. Items returned damaged may be subject to a repair charge and restocking fee of 15% at our discretion. Refunds will be initiated once we can verify the condition of the received item. The time it takes for a refund to post to your account may vary based on your bank’s processing times. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item arrives damaged during shipping. If you have any further questions, please contact us; we are happy to help.
