At Bird & Bee, we buy and sell previously enjoyed guitars and have a deep affection for vintage instruments. We also work with all kinds of players of all different styles to help them get the most out of their guitars. We provide regular service (basic and advanced guitar set-ups) and work to make damaged instruments come to life through careful repair and restoration.
We also provide appraisals of vintage instruments, offer consignment services, and can help you find a specific guitar through our procurement program.
We are a proud member of the American Guild of Luthiers and have credentials from the Canadian School of Lutherie.

Shipping Policy
At Bird & Bee we take care to ensure your guitar or amp arrives at your doorstep ready to play! We carefully pack all orders and take the time to double box all guitars and pay extra attention to our signature tube amps. Once payment has cleared, we strive to get orders shipped as soon as possible based on their destination. Please note that all quotes are estimates and do not include insurance. Insurance is available upon request.

CANADA
Domestic orders usually ship the same day, however we guarantee it will be on its way within 48 hours.

CONTINENTAL USA
For our US customers we ship from within the US so you are not required to pay any duty, import taxes or associated fees. All you will pay is the price of the instrument and basic shipping fees.
All international orders including the USA are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
At Bird & Bee, your satisfaction is important to us and we encourage you to contact us immediately if there are any problems with your gear. We will work with you to resolve any problems and evaluate all returns on a case by case basis.
