General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery. This is a calendar-day / hour-based window, not business days.
Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as received, with no additional wear, use, modifications, setup changes, or alterations of any kind.
All original items must be included in the return, including (when applicable):
• Original cases or packaging
• Accessories
• Documentation or case candy
• Any included original or uninstalled parts
Items must be carefully repacked using the original packaging materials to ensure safe return shipping.
Unless the item is determined to have been materially misrepresented or not as described in the listing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and insured for return shipment. Any damage incurred during return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same condition as when shipped. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, even on listings offering free shipping.
Returns showing signs of use beyond reasonable evaluation, missing original items or packaging, or evidence of alteration may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
