General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Special Conditions

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. Unless otherwise stated the shipping quote reflected on Reverb is accurate for the continental US. We are happy to ship outside of the continental US but please contact us in advance for exact international shipping costs. Buyer pays quoted shipping on all items unless otherwise negotiated at our discretion shipping costs may also be calculated at the time of purchase. Upgraded shipping is also available at the buyer's expense.

All shipments are fully insured, well packed, and a signature is required for delivery confirmation unless otherwise instructed by you the buyer. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will do everything in our power to help you recoup your losses, but we cannot be held responsible for the actions of a shipping carrier. Once the item leaves our dock it is your responsibility. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Be very sure of your purchase. We are a small business trying to maintain excellent integrity of our inventory and continue to offer boutique quality instruments and not a national retailer selling “all the same stuff".

Requests for refunds are not taken lightly and our general preference is to give a store credit rather than a cash refund. However, if you are not satisfied with your instrument or amp you have 48 hours after delivery confirmation to contact us by telephone and explain why. Messaging on Reverb.com is not acceptable unless there is a mis-alignment of our mutual time zones which does not allow for convienent telephone contact. So unless you live in Africa, India, the middle east or any of the “stans” we want to talk to you on the telephone before you request a refund of your purchase. All returns are subject to approval and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any costs incurred to recondition the instrument, amp or its case to sellable condition. Returns must include all original packaging and accessories and be in exactly the same condition you received them. Shipping charges are not refundable and you must pay the shipping charges to return the item back to our location.

Refusing shipment because you suddenly cannot be available to accept it or have used that excuse to cover for buyers remorse does not constitute a valid return, the policy must be adhered to. If you legitimately cannot be available to accept the shipment please contact UPS or FedEx, they are both very flexible about holding shipments at their depot for you to pick up when you can do so. Worst case is it will come back to our location and we will hold it for you at no charge and when you are available to receive it we can re-ship it to you at your expense.

Shipping charges are not refundable and you must pay the shipping charges to return the item back to our location.
