Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may incur additional charges.

Mesa/Boogie Products are ONLY available for US shipping, must be a US resident.
Shipping Notice:
Orders that are changed to a shipping location other than what was entered on the original order, will immediately be canceled and returned to B&B Music and Sound.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service at (302) 697-2155 within 7 days of the receipt of your order. If the return is authorized you will receive an RA number.
Once you’ve received an RA number, return the product complete with all original packaging, documentation (owners manual, warranty cards, etc.) and accessories to:

Authorized Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days of initial receipt of purchase.
Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same account used for the purchase.
Conditions and Exclusions:
No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
All returns must be in the original packaging complete with any materials/accessories that came with it (warranty card, owners manual, cases, straps, cables, etc.).
Returned items must be in brand-new condition and show no signs of wear including (but not limited to) scratches, scuffs, dings, and worn or damaged accessories/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
Returns of Free Shipping Items will have the freight charge deducted from the return credit.
The following items are not returnable: drumheads, drumsticks, kazoos, harmonicas, tin whistles, flutophones, recorders, headphones, earbuds, earplugs, in-ear monitors, microphones, turntable cartridges, fog/haze fluid, bubble juice, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, reeds, vacuum tubes, strings, cleaners, polishes, polishing cloths, Software, Sheet Music, Books, Cassettes, Videos, CD/DVD’s.
