Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All purchased items and prices quoted for shipping will be shipped either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS surface mail dependent on what is the most economical carrier to ship with to your location. Shipping carrier is at our discretion. If you request a certain carrier to ship to please note we reserve the right to seek additional funds before we ship the order and this may cause delay. Shipping prices quoted are for lower 48 Continental United States and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, A.P.O. Boxes or other U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We must ship to a PayPal or Credit Card verified address. You must also provide us with a telephone number as FedEx requires us to provide a telephone number for a shipment with them. Failure to provide this info may delay shipment.
We will ship an item within 1 to 3 business days from when payment has cleared to us per Reverb protocol. Please note that as a buyer, your payment may not automatically clear the moment you send payment so some delay for payment to clear may result. Please note as per Reverb policy we have 1 to 3 business days to ship an order. We will not expedite shipping if we need the full 3 business days to ship an item out. Please also note that once the item is with the shipping carrier any delays or lack of tracking updates is beyond our control (this does happen on occasion where the carriers system does not update tracking info). You agree by purchasing from us that you understand there is a flexible amount of time when a shipment may go out from when payment has cleared to when the shipping carrier has the package for delivery and that the shipping carrier may have their own delays and issues.
If there is a delay beyond 3 business days after payment has cleared for us to get an item shipped we will communicate with you. You agree if we communicate within 3 business days of payment clearing with the buyer regarding delays either to go through with purchase with ground shipping or you may cancel your order. If we communicate with you after 3 business days of payment clearing you may cancel your order or discuss with other options for shipment. As this situation would be unique it will be dependent on what both parties agree upon but ultimately if the buyer is needing an item expedited at faster shipping time and additional cost, we reserve the right to refund the order given potential expedited shipping costs.
Once the shipment has been packed we will do our best to provide you with a tracking number so long as the buyer does not alter the shipping destination of the package. We will also insure the package at or rounded to the nearest $50 amount the item was purchased at. Should an item arrive to the buyer damaged you will need to notify us immediately so we may make a claim with the Shipping Company. You may be needed in assisting in making the claim with the shipping carrier as well. You agree to work with us and Reverb and understand that any damage made by shipping carrier will through their process and may be beyond our control. Please take note of whom you talk to and about what if you do as it will be important to relay this information or recall at a later time. Should a refund be issued by the shipping carrier, they may retain the damaged item for salvage purposes as their coverage is provided under their terms and conditions.
Any offers made by us for free shipping are to the Lower Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and A.P.O. boxes will incur shipping costs and must provide us with shipping info prior to purchase for a quote.
International buyers will need to inquire with an address for shipping quotes.
Please note that most international shipments will likely ship via United States Postal Service from Atlanta Georgia. Most shipping we have quoted on drum equipment is at minimum $90 and up to $350 on shipping items the size of cymbals and snare drums. We will ship and note what the item is and we will not state that such item is a gift on any custom or declarations forms. Buyer will be responsible for any additional VAT or Other Local Taxes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Purchases or offers with confusing or unusual requests will not be considered. If you wish to buy an item we have listed for sale, the purchase price and shipping or the agreed to negotiated price is the price you will be responsible for. You must pay within 3 business days from clicking the purchase button or after reaching an accepted amount if for example you make an offer and we accept. RETURN POLICY

USED ITEMS: We must be notified within 7 days that you wish to return a(n) item(s). We will not accept returns after 7 days. All Vintage/Used returns are subject to minimum 15% re-stocking fee. We may assess additional re-stocking fee if the item(s) are returned and additional wear and tear is noted then when item was shipped to buyer. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges including shipping, packing and insurance costs. We highly recommend you re-use the shipping container the original product was shipped in unless it is destroyed when item(s) were received originally. We also highly recommend if you return ship an item to carefully pack it so it does not get destroyed in return. On a return shipment, if item is destroyed by shipping carrier it is your responsibility to contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier. We highly recommend you insure the return item(s) appropriately. Refunds will be made less 15% re-stocking fee and outbound shipping fees. Additional re-stocking fee may apply if additional wear and tear noted on item. No refunds will be given for merchandise that is damaged by buyer.

No refunds will be given for merchandise that is damaged by buyer and is not some we could sale. Our discretion will be used accordingly.
Offers with free shipping will be refunded less the cost we incur to ship an item (for example, free shipping on a cymbal or snare drum that costs $400 may be paid less $15-$30 we incur for shipping and the 15% restocking fee which would mean a refund of $310 - $325 is likely).

Due to the nature of these items, these may not be returned to us at all which include drumheads, drumsticks, earplugs, ear buds, headphones, microphones, DVDs, Books, cleaning or product care or items that are designed to come in contact with ears, mouth or designed to be disposable. We may make some exception to some of these items (example: wrong size drum heads or sticks ordered, which buyer would be responsible for return shipment costs, and returned in a manner we could re-sale, unused and an in original manufacture packaging). Outbound Shipping will not be refunded.

Warranty

All warranty on products purchased are at the express of the manufacture. You may contact us in some instances for warranty assistance but may also contact the manufacture direct in other. ALL CYMBAL Warranty inquiries must be done through the Cymbal Manufacture. We will not assist on cymbal warranty issue.

RECEIPT OF WRONG ITEM

If we send you an incorrect item you did not purchase, you will be responsible for notifying us within the time frame as noted above ( 7 days used, 14 days new items). We will issue a call tag and request you remove the prior shipping label and affix call tag to shipping box so that the shipping carrier may return to us. You may need to notify the shipping carrier when an item is ready to be picked up or drop off package at a local shipping location. We cannot send correct item or issue a refund until we have received the product back in same condition we sent it out in. If you mis-order an item by wrong size or type for instance, we will not issue a call tag and buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs as noted in return policy above.

RETURNS AN REFUNDS:

In the event you need to return an item, returns are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above. You must first contact us within the number of days noted above for the type (new or used items) return. We will then give you a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) to include with your return shipment (listed clearly on the box or referenced elsewhere that is clearly identifiable to us when we receive your returned item) and request that you ship the item back to us within 10 days from receiving the RM#. Buyer will again be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note we must be notified within 7 days for used and 14 days on new items. No returns will be accepted after this time period and we may refuse to accept returns. No return may sent in without first receiving RM #.

We would request that all paperwork and original packing items be returned with shipment. Once we receive the item back, we will review and issue a payment refund in accordance with our terms and conditions. Most refunds will be issued in 2-5 business days after we have received an item back that has received prior approval to be returned. Refunds will not be issued to items which have not obtained a return authorization number. Refunds will be made via original purchase method less restocking fee of 15% and outbound shipping costs. All returns are subject to additional restocking fees should manufacture packaging be opened or damaged or condition of item returned is not as shipped.
