We make every attempt to ship items the next business day after sale.
The exception is our Halfmoon switches, which are handmade. These items are generally made to order, and add 2-3 business days to the shipping time -- so, 4 business days after sale, worst case.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a 7-day return policy on all new and used gear that arrives in working condition, unless the item is explicitly sold 'as-is.' All packing materials and accessories must be returned with an item; otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For any used items sold with free shipping, the actual cost of shipping to the customer will be deducted from the refund.
All clearance item sales are final, unless the item is D.O.A. Ashby Solutions reserves the right to either replace a broken item, or refund the sale.
