Condition and completeness:
All items are offered "as-is" unless noted; most items are used and have varying degrees of wear and tear. We strive to include accurate descriptions and detailed pictures in each listing showing condition, quantities, defects, and included items. If an item is new or B-stock (open box), we often use the manufacturer's images instead of pictures of the actual item. All items are available for inspection at our Lake Forest, IL warehouse. Only the item or items described in the listing are included. Many items are missing manuals, cables, remotes, accessories, original packaging, etc.
Payment:
By bidding or buying outright, you agree to make full payment via Paypal within 48 hours after the end of the auction. We ONLY accept Paypal.
Sales tax:
Illinois sales tax of 7.0% will be added to any order that is being picked up at our warehouse or shipped to an Illinois address.
Domestic (U.S.A.) shipping:
Items will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS ground service within 1 business day after the buyer’s payment is verified from Paypal (unless specified as “Freight” in which case additional time will be required to prepare items for shipping). All shipments will be insured and have tracking/delivery confirmation. All transactions that are invoiced for more than $250 (including shipping and tax charges) will require "signature confirmation." Unless specified as "free shipping" in the listing, the buyer pays the shipping cost calculated by eBay from Lake Forest, IL 60045. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AFO/FPO. We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses as given by Paypal at the time of payment. With prior arrangement, items may be picked up from our warehouse during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (IL sales tax applies). In some cases we may be able to combine shipping on multiple items, but the buyer must contact us before purchasing in order to get a discounted shipping rate- restrictions apply.
Free shipping:
We ONLY offer free shipping to the continental 48 U.S. states. Free shipping does NOT apply to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico/other U.S. protectorates, P.O. boxes, or APO/AFO/FPO. Free shipping on freight items applies ONLY to commercial addresses with a truck-level loading dock. Freight shipping to residential addresses (or addresses without a loading dock) will incur extra charges.
