Shipping Policy
We always prefer to ship items with full insurance. Our aim is to charge accurate shipping costs to recoup our own costs of safe/thorough packaging and shipping. Ultimate goal is the safe arrival of your purchase, NOT a few extra bucks of additional profit! Please contact us via Reverb Messaging to discuss details of your shipment.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Refunds of the agreed sale price are available only in situations where all of the following conditions apply: (1) The item was not as described, including photos with the listing and/or provided subsequently through Reverb Messaging; (2) Buyer contacts our shop within 24 hours of receiving the item via Reverb Messaging to explain their claim of inaccuracy; (3) if Andy's Junction agrees to the return based on Buyer's claim(s), Buyer returns the item at their expense, with full insurance; (4) we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is exactly as it was when we shipped the item with no damage, modifications, omissions, etc. Once we receive the item and confirm it is as-sent, we will issue the refund for the sale price through the Reverb system.
