General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Our return policy is not a "trial period". Please, we are not a large company and cannot afford to be shipping items to people who have no intention of keeping them. We are very reasonable people, and if there is a legitimate problem with an instrument, we will always work with you. If you buy an item just to play it, your refund will be minus original shipping charges plus a restocking fee, depending on the situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our shop. We have been in business over 30 years and we are reasonable people, we just cannot afford to offer "trial periods" to non-serious buyers. Thank you for your understanding.
