Ratin Musical Devices is a one person pedal and amp producer/designer. The pedals and Amplifiers are being produced by hand one by one here in Bayern/ Germany. They will be tested to make sure the road worthiness and robustness.
Ratin Pedals Custom shop takes care of modifications and multi analog pedals.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The Product should be shipped in an unused and unopened condition( completely new) within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
The buyer pays for the return.
The return should be trackable and with insurance.
The Product will be tested and after it has arrived the price of the pedal will be paid back as refund.
