Everything for sale comes from my own personal selection/collection. I usually sell something if I’ve recently purchased something else, have my eye on something, or maybe it’s just not getting used as much as it should.
Even if I'm not a ‘real’ store, I still strive to provide excellent customer service.
I aim for No problems or surprises. My instruments are setup to my preferences (usually ~2mm) and any issues are disclosed in the description.
I know what its like to spend decent amounts of money on an instrument (or anything really) and so I try to be as honest as possible when describing an instrument and doing business. If my listings arrive in a condition stated otherwise I’m more than happy to return and refund.
