General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I will charge a 15% restocking fee for any return I determine to be in bad faith— including but not limited to buyers remorse, not returning all parts, poorly packed return shipment, product damage, abuse of reverb return policies, or any item returned in lesser condition than shipped. I'm not a retailer, I am a private individual. This is a contingency against loss.
Mandatory 15% restocking fee on all international orders/returns.
I will charge a 10% restocking fee on any microphone returned except in instances of damaged items.
I will charge a 10% restocking fee on any brand new or mint condition item returned. No exceptions. Shipping, handling, inspection, return shipment is wear and tear.
This fee does not apply to incidents of damage caused by carrier mishandling on insured packages. I will abide by all Reverb return policies in the event of this, promptly refund your money, and file my insurance claims. (You, the customer, are not responsible if your purchase is damaged in transit and I will do my best to make sure you are not inconvenienced by something like that. I know what its like, and I am on your side with that.)
All import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to nonpayment of import fees are subject to the maximum 15% restocking fee.
