Shipping Policy

Please keep all packing materials until deciding that you are satisfied with the purchase. Please email or call within 2 business days of receiving the item if you are dissatisfied and we'll reply with return authorization instructions. If an item is damaged in shipment, we'll only issue a refund once the product has been inspected and returned to us by the shipping company. In the event of any return, only the item's original price (not the shipping cost) is refundable and the buyer is required to pay all return shipping, insurance and tracking charges. Local pickup is available in Salem, OR.
