Our shop started in Studio 102, in a musician’s building located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. (There is also an address in Oregon) This year marks our 15 year anniversary. We are just a small factory and shop staffed by a dedicated few, but we have sold and purchased more than 3,000 Japanese and US vintage guitars to date.
We deal in high quality Japanese vintage guitars as well as special items from overseas brands, including Fender, Gibson, and Gretsch.
*Since we don't have any full-time English speaking staff, it may take some time to respond to your emails (we do not accept inquiries by telephone).
*We ask our customers to pay in yen through PayPal. Please note that the exchange rate may vary slightly depending on the timing of charging set by individual credit card companies. Please also note that foreign exchange fees will be charged by your credit company.
Shipping Policy
*We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipping. The shipping fees depend on the destination and total weight of the item, so please inquire for an individual quote for each item. The total shipping fees include packaging, insurance, and handling fees.
*The shipping fees depend on the weight of the package (shipped by EMS). Since a hard case alone can weigh nearly 4 kg, we invite you to consult with our staff in advance if you want to omit the hard case and reduce the shipping cost (we will pack our guitars in a way that prevents any damage from occurring even without a hard case).

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
*We do accept returns if you contact us within three days from the date of receipt. However, the delivery costs (both to and from our shop) must be paid by the customer.
*The above does not apply in the following cases:
1. If you received an item that is different from the one you ordered.
2. When the package is accidentally damaged during transportation.
*If you find any damage due to a transportation accident, please email us immediately with pictures or videos of the damaged parts on the package or the product.
*Please note that insurance will not apply unless you keep the item entirely in its original packaging as of the time of sending.
