Up for sale we have a Keeley Electronics Retro Super Germanium Phat Mod Fuzz/Overdrive pedal with original box. The pedal is in excellent used condition showing virtually no visible play wear, just has two 2" squares of velcro on the bottom plate. The Retro Super is an ultra responsive and maximum dynamic gain fuzz/overdrive with controls for Level, Tone and Nitro as well as a 2-way Mode switch to select between Flat and Phat modes, Flat for normal EQ or Phat for a slight bass boost. At the heart of the Keeley Retro Super Germanium Phat Mod is our germanium amplifier stage. Designing this additional gain stage into the front of the “amp tone-stack” did wonders because it amazingly simulated a retro-fuzz pedal connected to a cranked amp.
