    I wanted a simple, low-power tube amp and the Epiphone Valve Jr. Combo delivers. Mine had some modifications, but it wasn't a dramatic change from a stock Valve Jr. The type of tubes you use in this amp make a huge difference, making it cover a wide range from blues to metal.
