    This is a simple clean to moderately distorted boost of 26 db. It is exactly what I wanted for a Hammond organ. Does it warm or thicken the tone? Probably but fairly subtle. A great direct booster or pre-amp stand in. Nice distortion for an organ.

    I wanted to distort a monosynth line, and it does the job handsomely. I too wanted this to be a poor man's Deco, and I should've read other reviews. I'd say it is a poor man's Deco, but there's a couple of more features I want. It handled a multi layered sound as well. I wish there was a tone knob for the distortion, and that the spread could go all the way to zero.
