Overview

The amps built by Howard Alexander Dumble are among the most revered ever built. They are scarce and extremely valuable, sought after for their incredible tone and sustain when driven. After he set up shop in 1968 in Santa Cruz, CA, Dumble built his own amps and modified amps for others (including early efforts for Semie Mosley) for decades.

The original builds from ca. 1970 to 1990 are sought after for their collectibility and allure, but the more modern post-1990 specimens with contemporary technology are slightly more valuable.

*Most specimens are 100W configurations with various cabinets or in 1x12 combo form.

Years of Production: ca. late 1960s - present
