Levin Tenor Banjo. 1930-39

This banjo is a marvel; I fitted it with a white plastic Clareen head to achieve good sustain. It is a piece of Swedish craftsmanship from the early 20th century. It also features an archtop tone ring for added brightness. Strung with phosphor bronze strings to bring a bit more warmth to the tone. Tuned to GDAE. The sound is highly refined and powerful.
