Vintage 7-Channel Transformer-Balanced Recording Mixer – Exceptional Sound

A fantastic vintage recording mixer featuring 7 microphone preamps and EQ channels, delivering a rich, musical sound that strongly recalls classic British consoles such as Calrec. Every channel is transformer-equipped, providing the depth, character, and punch that vintage recording enthusiasts are looking for.

The mixer has been used in my studio primarily as a tracking mixer, feeding direct outputs into my audio interface and DAW. It performs exceptionally well for recording duties, offering plenty of analogue warmth, headroom, and character.

The console offers numerous routing and connection possibilities, making it suitable for studio recording, summing, outboard front-end duties, or custom integration into a modern workflow, in my case I have been using it for tracking.

Condition

• All channels are operational and sounding excellent
• New external power supply included
• Wooden side panels/cabinetry are not original but are solidly built and practical
• Would benefit from a general service or contact cleaning if desired
• One VU meter lamp is currently out; an inexpensive and straightforward replacement

The mixer is being sold as-is, as is common with vintage studio equipment.
