Here we have a 2005 Guild F-412 that was made in Tacoma, WA. This one is in very good condition overall.
Specs include a solid Sitka spruce top, figured maple sides, an arched figured maple back, 3-piece mahogany/maple/mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, mother of pearl & abalone block inlays, Grover tuners and a rosewood bridge. It has a 25 5/8” scale length with a 1 3/4” nut width.
The guitar has been lightly played but well maintained. There are a handful of light dings and scratches across the guitar, but mostly concentrated on the top. There is a faint top crack from the fingerboard extension to the sound hole that is stable. The endpin hole shows finish chipping from an older removed endpin jack.
This guitar weighs 6lbs 1oz. The neck measures .840 to .950 at the 1st and 9th frets. It has a D shaped neck that isn’t too thick and has a nearly flat apex. The guitar plays quite well as these Guild 12-strings are prone to doing. It has a rich sound with excellent volume and plenty of clarity.
Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the hang tag.
