SEAGULL S6 ORIGINAL LEFT HAND WITH A SOLID CEDAR TOP

The new Left Handed Seagull S6 has been subtly improved. Its dreadnought body shape still gives it a great deal of versatility. The Seagull S6 Original features a Select Pressure Tested Solid Cedar Top. Laminated Canadian Wild Cherry has been used for the back and sides, now featuring a dark stain for a bolder look. A semi gloss custom polished finish on the body looks smart and looks durable. It also helps the wood breath. Heavy gloss on an acoustic guitar can really kill the tone. That certainly not the case here. Other improvements include a cleaner, pickguard-free look, plus new, vintage-style closed back tuners.

The silver leaf maple neck features a reverse headstock design. Using a single piece of maple that has been cut at forty five degrees it creates a solid neck. The slim headstock of the Seagull S6 Original is also another great design feature. By doing this all the guitar strings are pulled more centrally. This helps to stop the neck twisting and helps keep the tuning stable. The neck sits very tightly into the body of this instrument. A Seagull Integrated Set Neck system is used for longevity and tone. It also makes this acoustic guitar more resistant changes in the climate that it may experience.
