This eye catching Collings MT-O is customized with Collings’ Cherry Burst finished gloss top, Cherry stained satin finish back, sides and neck, Ivoroid top and soundhole binding, rope soundhole rosette and Pearl Fleur-de-Lis headstock inlay. With a fully carved Engelmann Spruce top and Flamed Maple back, sides and neck, the MT-O produces a rich, woody tone that one would expect from a professional quality mandolin. The oval sound hole accentuates the bass and low mid response while providing a warm, open tonality that is rich in overtones.
