This guitar was built during the first year of Gibson’s Historic Collection and represents an early example of Gibson’s return to vintage-correct Les Paul construction. Early Historic models from this period were produced in significantly lower numbers than later years and are highly regarded by collectors for their build quality, tone, and materials.
