Built in 2015 by the Dean USA Custom Shop, this limited run of only 100 guitars corrected what earlier versions missed and delivered a true, historically accurate recreation of Dime’s most iconic guitar.
The key detail, this model features the correct top mounted Floyd Rose, exactly like Dime’s original. Earlier runs, including the 2005 series of 150, used a recessed Floyd, which is not true to the original DFH. That detail alone separates this run from everything else on the market.
This commemorative series mirrors the original down to the smallest details, including the serial number format tied directly to Dime’s actual guitar. This moves it beyond a tribute and into true collector grade reproduction territory. For serious collectors, this is the version that represents Dime’s legacy most accurately.
There are no current Dimebag Darrell Dean USA guitars being produced. This run stands at the top, and nothing has surpassed it since.
