This is a 2 in 1 combo pedal. The first circuit is a germanium Rangemaster with a five way rotary switch that alters the frequency band the circuit boosts. It has the stock treble boost you would expect from a Rangemaster down to low mids as you click through the options. The second circuit is a jfet based emulation of an AC30 amplifier preamp. Do you like the sound of Vox amps, but you don’t own one? You can flavor your current amp with some Vox tones when you turn this one on. The two combined make for some all time classic guitar tones.
