The company ABE is a follower of TBG which is a follower of EAB. ABE produced super high quality mixer and modules. Some of them were distributed as EMT products.
This luchbox contains two V280micpre modules with a maximum gain of 80dB. It is very similar to the Neumann V476. Phantom power, highpass filter and phase reverse are switchable.
The included power supply works with a voltage from 100V to 240V. The modules were serviced and work perfectly.
The sound is pretty similar to the Neumann V476 or Lawo V976. Warm and natural.
