Vintage Maracas - made in Mexico
Each maraca is over 10" long and over 3" in diameter.
These produce quite a loud, sharp sound so while they were primarily produced as a decorative item to sell to tourists, they are very functional as well
Beautifully hand decorated and finished, they provide an interesting decorative touch while doubling as a functional instrument. There is one din to the back of one of the maracas. Still fully functional. Please see pics.
