The woods on this guitar (particularly the neck) appear to be more figured/exotic than what you typically see on a Core model build, but what really separates this build from most other Cores is the finish (called Peacock Blue), which is usually reserved for Private Stock builds. I suspect that this was a special order or some kind, though I don't have any details on that. All I can say is that it's a special guitar, even in terms of feel.
There's a slight bit of glossing on the satin finish right under the treble strings, but it's very faint, and something that happens to every satin finished guitar with play time.
Hardshell case, Tremolo arm, and handtag are included.
