Here's something very different to the norm. This bass is part of a limited edition run Fender have done - the Gold Foil Collection. So many of us have Fenders in our collections, so it is always exciting when something different comes along and offers the chance to get a new sound or fresh wave of inspiration.
This Jazz Bass is no slouch in the looks department, thanks to the striking DeArmond influenced gold foil mini humbuckers, vintage-vibe Lollipop tuners, a beautiful dark bound ebony fingerboard and a matching headstock. The fingerboard has a comfortable 9.5" radius (60s 'C' shape) and the bass itself has an alder body.
Everything about this bass comes together to nail the cool vibe of a rare Fender and give it something special in both the look and sound departments.
