Rare Beauty with Tone to Spare! (Stock #1282)
There is only one small run of traditionals that got this transparent red. The rumor is that it was a mistake at the factory and they were intended to be sprayed with red paint. If that is true then it worked out well. This is a beautiful color with a great looking plain top under the red. The tone is just as beautiful. It leaves nothing to be desired. This guitar can do it all. It can be rich and full while still retaining incredible clarity. Then with the coil split, it can do the twangy or singing single coil thing. The neck is a slim/medium C with excellent playability. It is very comfortable and plays great. This guitar is in very good condition with some light scuffing on the back.
