The Guild F-212XL Standard is an American-made super-jumbo 12-string acoustic guitar known for its room-filling projection, warm low end, and unmistakable 12-string shimmer. Its oversized 17" body is larger and deeper than the standard F-212, providing a powerful voice with excellent depth and resonance.
A solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped red spruce bracing is paired with mahogany back and sides, producing a rich, balanced tone with plenty of clarity and definition. The mahogany neck features a comfortable, rounded profile and a 25.5" scale length.
Additional appointments include a bone nut and saddle, quality closed-gear tuning machines, and an adjustable truss rod. With its commanding sound and classic Guild character, the F-212XL Standard is well suited for full-bodied rhythm work, open tunings, and any setting that calls for the lush sound of a 12-string.
This Guild F-212XL is in very good condition. Minimal fret wear. There are scratches and a few dings from normal playing wear. No breaks or repairs.
