A tiny, very simple adapter from Mad Sound Factory. More expensive version with stainless steel connectors.

Just two banana connectors and one mini jack on a small PCB. Nothing else, really. Made for connecting things that don't normally have a convenient way of connecting to each other.

The transparent plastic bottom is made from recycled LCD monitor panels.
