The Spark-O-Matic is a “somewhat different” but beautiful Jazzmaster in a Nitro Sunburst finish from the “Parallel Universe” series.

With this series, Fender has brought a “make a wish” concept to life: Design elements from various iconic instruments—none of which have ever appeared in the Fender catalog—were combined, resulting in entirely new guitars that nevertheless feel instantly familiar.

In this case, the inspiration came from a classic Jazzmaster body and the characteristic pickup layout of a Gibson Firebird. Et voilà—the Spark-O-Matic was born.
