The Fishman soundhole dual pickup is from the late 1990's/early 2000's.  It features a high-quality microphone and a humbucker pickup.  A thumbwheel sets the balance between the mic and magnetic pickup. The active electronics powered by a pair of small batteries. 

The pickup mounts in the soundhole with two philips screws that tighten two cork-lined clamps that secure the pickup and protect the guitar finish. The jack can be installed in the endpin of the guitar. The batteries were recently replaced.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: The magnetic pickup works perfetly. The microphone was working, but I accidentally damaged the wiring (see last photo). If you know how to solder, you can re-soldered the wiring to work again, but I don't have the skill or equipment to do it myself, so I am selling it as is. Comparable Rare Earth humbuckers (Pro-Rep 102) are selling on Reverb for a similar price to this, and pickup/mic models (Pro Rep 103) sell for significantly more.
