Lyon & Healy 85 Concert Grand (Extended Soundboard) 2004 - Mahogany

2004 Lyon and Healy Concert Grand with Extended Soundboard. Only one owner. Loved and used heavily for years but now just sits. The F pedal is stuck and all Fs have to be hand tuned for accidentals. I spoke with a representative at Lyon and Healy and was told this is repairable. I provided a description of the instrument and it’s condition (to include the minor dings as pictured) to the representative and even with the F pedal needing repair, he estimated it’s value at $13,000. The YouTube video attached shows me playing this instrument. I will include a 3-peice soft cover (column, pedestal and overall cover) which is also in fair condition (has a tear but is functional and fixable) free of charge.
